Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation before the product has been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Return Policy

Returns will be processed only in the following situations:

• Product received is damaged during transit.
• Incorrect product delivered to the customer.
• Order could not be fulfilled by our pharmacy.

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order along with proof such as photographs of the product and packaging.

Return Processing

Once the return request is verified and approved, the return amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

• Products opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
• Products returned without original packaging.
• Orders cancelled after dispatch.
